Help Children Build the Skills to Bounce Back

CREATE with HARRY gives kids, and the adults who support them, simple, research-backed activities that build resilience one day at a time.

What is CREATE with HARRY?

HARRY stands for Healthy Activities for Raising Resilient Youth. Developed by the Boys Town Child and Family Translational Research Center, HARRY is a research-validated framework that identifies six categories of everyday activity, Connect, Renew, Exercise, Appreciate, Think, and Express, that help young people build resilience and hope.

CREATE with HARRY isn't therapy. It's a toolkit for real life: things kids already do (or can start doing) that science shows actually protect their mental health and help them navigate hard times.
